What do I do if I forget my password?

• Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) click here. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
• If you have not register SSPR, please contact the ICT Service Desk to reset your password.

How do I change my password?

• You are not allowed to change your password in the Portal.
  
  

A.       Onsite Campus

You can change the password by using any PC in the Computer Labs or Library. These steps are as follows:
  1) Login using your User ID and Password.
  2) Once you have successfully logged in, press Ctrl-Alt-Del keys simultaneously.
  3) A pop-up screen will appear. Choose ‘Change Password’ button

B.       Offsite Campus

What do I do if I forget my Sign-In ID?

• Please send an email to campuscentral@taylors.edu.my with the following details for verification. The Sign-in ID will be emailed to you.
• Name
• NRIC/Passport Number
• Email Address
• Contact Number
• Your child's Name
• Your child's Student ID
• Relationship with the student
